Happy Inappropriate Card Day!
Well, it's finally here. I hope you're spreading the love with someone you hate, or spreading the hate with someone you love.

While I was working on this post, I got an e-card from G! Lookit:

Ain't that sweet?
And if you don't know WTF this is all about, read the story of Inappropriate Card Day here!
Gotta go spread some cheer or whatever. Catch you later.

Aw, that is just the sweetest thing evah!
I posted about this too!
It's such a lovely holiday - one with no strings attached. I LOVED your card by the way - too funny.
Glad you got my card - hope you haven't eaten yet.
HAPPY INAPPROPRIATE CARD DAY!! Yes, I'm shouting it because I am just so happy about it that I have to share it with the world. Expect a card soon. So lovely.
Every card I ever got for anyone was inappropriate. Are you saying that I now have to wait until this day to continue being inappropriate??
I guess I'll have to ramp it up and send REALLY inappropriate cards today. I mean, really, really, really inappropriate ones. Do they even make them? Or do they, like, stop at two "really"s?
What's so inappropriate about well wishes for an easy fast during Lent? That's like sending a Christmas card in December. Research, people! Research!
Hey, g....mad at me? I should sell "Appropriate" insurance.
Logo - So I see! Have a highly inappropriate day!
G - I wasn't supposed to eat it?
Angela - A card for me? Hooray!
Dan - The beauty of this holiday is that you can do whatever you damn well please. Really.
Gawpo - I think the inappropriateness is in sending ME a card about fasting. Oops, gotta go! Bacon's done!
Happy Inappropriate Card Day, Diesel.
If I sent you an inappropriate card on a day that was not 'inappropriate card day', would that be inappropriate? ;)

Happy Sweet Sixteen to a Lovely Girl
Gawpo, it takes a lot more than that to get me mad.
But I'm stunned because I wasn't even thinking from a Catholic but a Jewish perspective and that's what made it inappropriate. I've never heard Catholics wish each other an easy fast. Research people! ;)
Chrissy's card is funny as fuck.
well, that is the first I hear of it, but I like the idea behind it actaully. LOGO has one I very much like.
bugger:

ARG! Okay, if you cut and paste the first url, it works, even though it doesn't LOOK like it would work. DOUBLE ARG! Do I get extra credit points for working so hard to send my inappropriate card? (It's cute, too.) xoxoxoox
Gaaahhh!!!
You guys are posting urls so long it's breaking my template.
Here's Chrissy's card.
Here's Angela's card.
Chrissy - That was hilarious.
Angela - I hope I live up to your expectations. :)
Inappropriate card day. This is how I started referring to my brother's birthday's.
Happy Mother's Day Diesel! May it be the best ever.
I can't wait to go card shopping tonight!!! I hope others appreciate the silliness as much as I do :-)
Best Wishes for a Speedy Recovery Diesel.
Happy Inappropriate Card Day Diesel!!
I am so sorry for your loss...
Dang! Sorry about that, Diesel. I have a way of mucking stuff up that way. I'm lucky they even LET me HAVE a computer. Unfortunately, Babs takes after me.
And don't worry. I've learned to set my expectations very, very low. You'll be a FABULOUS mom, I'm sure!
I have to give a total shout out to Chrissy. How INAPPROPRIATE! That was fabulous. I think she wins. Awesome!
oh man -- am i too late? have i missed Inappropriate Card Day? no? whew. i SO wanted to wish you Happy Holidays!
(inside that card, it reads: "happy holidays everyone! kent is now eleven and still wets the bed. danny turns eight in january and is failing remedial math class. timmy, our six year old, only answers to "jessica.") i know, i know, i'm such a sentimental fool. xox
You're all crazy! Especially Neva.
I'll do a follow up post tomorrow with links to all the cards people sent, plus pics of the card Mrs. Diesel and I got each other. The one I got her was totally rad.
I am heading to Hallmark online right now! I had totally forgotten about this impressive holiday. Thanks for reminding me!
Happy Infected Bunion Day, Diesel. You're an inspiration to us all.
Thanks Angela and JJ :) LOL! When I was sending that card to Diesel, my husband was like, "That is soooo wrong. That's very, very wrong!" LOL! What can I say? I've got a twisted sense of humour. I think I've been reading this (and Fab's) blog too much! ;)
Thanks, Diesel...great idea. Inappropriate Card Day should be a national holiday.
you know, it occurred to me (for a nano-second) to send you a Happy Pi Day card, but the guy at the store couldn't figure out how to make change for a $3.14 dollar bill. so, instead, i bought you this COOL SHIRT. i think you'll look rad in it, especially if you wear it while running laps around your backyard. xox

Happy Graduation!

Just for you,

Damn, I'm too late.
Anyway, HAPPY INAPPROPRIATE CARD DAY!
Here's my inappropriate card for you. Yarrrr!
Great consept Diesel. Thanks for the funny post.
I so wanted to particiapte in this, but just couldn't get it together. But next year, I hope. Such a great idea.
Are there rules surrounding inappropriate card day? Does it have to be 2/26? Or can any day be inappropriate card day?
I read the history behind this hilarious idea and I love it. I like hearing about the fun traditions spouses start in the early days of their relationship.
Happy Day After Inappropriate Card Day Day!
great post on the SNARK, too! (said the traffic whore in a pathetic attempt to celebrate Shameless Blog Promotion Day.) xoxoxo
It's too bad my father is no longer with us. He'd have enjoyed this, seeing as he was constantly sending me real--not virtual--inappropriate cards. It just wasn't Christmas until he'd sent me a Kwanzaa card.
And so Diesel, let me take this opportunity to wish you a Happy Hannukah.
Damn! I missed it, oh well, there's always next year (as most philly sports fan like me are used to saying)
SO...I missed it.
Stupid travel and stupid time zones and stupid connectivity issues.
Sigh...
Only 364 more days till the next one...
Thank you Diesel. :) I had no idea!
Happy Belated Inappropriate Card Day !!!! Congratulations on your triplets!
